This scenario uses Apollo to find leads according to pre-defined criteria. Then, it adds the leads to a Lemlist campaign, where they will be contacted via email and/or LinkedIn.

Custom lead magnet using AI

Receive information from a Tally form, send it to the CRM, and generate a custom document for each user according to their answers on the form. Then, it sends it to the user via email.

Content creation and posting

This system uses AI to write blog posts, publish them, repurposes the content for social media and schedules the posts. It also creates images with text when needed.

Our team will work on one at a a time on the standard plan, and two on the premium plan. 

The moment one request is delivered, we will start the next one. The requests will be prioritized by you using your board.

The requests need to be specific.

Some examples (the task you must include the details):

  • “Send leads to the CRM when they book a call on Calendly. The solution has to check if the contact already exists on the CRM. If it does, it has to update the information.
  • “Every morning, send a message on Slack to each team member with a brief summary of what they have planned for the day: meetings (and the details), top priority tasks, reminders, etc.”
  • “Every sales call needs to be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using AI (by a model trained using our specific analysis criteria). Then, the person who made the call will receive a short report with what they did right and what they did wrong, and how they can improve on the next calls. This report will be sent via Slack message. Then, at the end of the day, the sales manager has to get a report of all the sales calls made that day, their outcomes, and a brief summary of each one.”
  • “At the end of every work day, the tracked time per project must be compiled and sent to Airtable. Then, every Monday morning, each project manager will get a report of the time dedicated to each project so far, the time available per project, and the estimation of the needed hours to finish the project. Our team will process them in order, and you will use the board to track the progress of each request and leave any comments.

You can request as many changes and revisions as you want. If you’re not fully satisfied with the systems we’ve implemented (like sales, hiring, onboarding, etc.), simply leave a comment. We will continue refining your deliverable until you are 100% satisfied with the result.

The requests you make don’t need to be just for your businesses. 

You can request solutions for your clients as well. Your client will never know that you are outsourcing this work. 

Custom projects are generally one-off systems or automation requests: build just one scenario on Make.com, help a client structure their sales process, etc.

A custom project can also be a full CRM buildout or a project management system setup.

The vast majority of our communications will be asynchronous. We use mainly ClickUp to communicate with you.

We keep meetings to our (optional) consultation calls to discuss bottlenecks and problems you are facing, help you set priorities and track progress.

This methodology allows us to work more efficiently on the projects, providing fast delivery times and high quality services.
